I am happy to say that even today, I find capturing light with a camera to be magical as I interpret and manipulate the final image. Many of my images are a rendering of the artistic potential of what I see as the picture is taken. I imagine what the latent image will look like as a work of art.

Much of my current work is presented in an artistic way that reveals a photograph as if it were a painting. The imagery is an abstraction of natural forms and shapes which may be pleasing or disturbing to the viewer.

Most of my current works are images captured outdoors. Working outdoors is where I am most inspired by the changing of the seasons, daylight and weather all of which effect the light of my passion.
